FLYFirst Love Yourself was run twice initially in 2012 as an 8 Week Young Mothers Project.

It explored themes around identity, healthy relationships, sexual health, goal setting and attitude towards themselves, their lives and their children.

It is important people, particularly females who are raising children, have a safe non judgemental space to access support feel a sense of empowerment & community amongst other females, who are familiar with the joys and struggles of being a woman in our modern society.

We believe it is important for all women to have a place where they can be themselves.
Since 2012, we have taken time to develop this project and involve specialist partners to tailor FLY appropriately to different groups of females within the community so it can be used as prevention work with younger females and
intervention work with those who may already be experiencing issues that arise in the programme.

FLY is in the process of being relaunched within the community – watch this space in Spring 2017!
