Want to know more about Double Dutch?

Double Dutch uses 2 long ropes which are rotated by two people, while 1 or 2 people are in the middle skipping or performing a routine!

It has been used since the 70s and 80s in America as a tool for prevention and intervention work, keeping girls fit and away from the destructive temptations of the inner city e.g. gangs, crime, drugs and teen pregnancy.

MOVE are currently developing a Double Dutch project in London called JUMP LDN to give London children access to this dynamic and unique international sport.
